ok new problem, i downloaded Pc studios and it keeps giving me the files from a different accout on my computer and not the one im using right now

Ummm, I believe you got a little CD when you got the phone? It should be in the box and it should tell you.

You have to download PC studio, and then hook the USB cable to your computer and then you can send music/videos/pics to your cell.

Just download PC studio.
